About My Clients
Are you seeking neuroaffirming therapy that views autism and ADHD as positive identities? Do anxiety, executive functioning challenges, sensory or social / communication struggles feel overwhelming? Whether you're facing life transitions, career issues, or parenting a neurodivergent child, I’m here to help. I provide personalized support for autistic and ADHD individuals across the lifespan and for their caregivers, helping you build confidence, manage stress, and create meaningful connections.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and trained coach, certified in autism spectrum disorders, proudly serving neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers through a private practice dedicated to holistic support and empowerment. I offer individual and family therapy to promote mental health and coaching for parenting, career / performance, executive functioning, relationships, and the transition to life after high school. Using a collaborative, strengths-based approach, I integrate evidence-based techniques to help you build confidence, resilience, and independence. I tailor concrete strategies and practical tools to fit your unique needs. My experience includes roles at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Aspire and the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE), where I serve on the Board of Directors, as well as work as an autism specialist at Riverside Community Care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am deeply committed to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, both professionally and personally. As a parent of an autistic adult, I understand the joys and challenges that come with raising a neurodivergent child. This perspective fuels my dedication to providing compassionate, neuroaffirming support. I believe autism and ADHD are positive identities and strive to help individuals embrace their strengths while navigating challenges. I co-authored Take Charge of Treatment for Your Child with Asperger’s (ASD) to empower families with practical tools for advocacy and care. I actively support organizations like AANE, where I serve on the Board, and MGH Aspire working to promote understanding and inclusion. In addition to coaching and therapy, I offer parent trainings, workshops, and speaking engagements to help foster awareness and practical strategies for success. My mission is to help neurodivergent individuals and their families thrive with confidence.
