Welcome to my practice. I am so glad you are here! I offer in-person and teletherapy to individual adults who are facing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, and struggles with self-esteem. I often focus on supporting clients through life transitions such as those working through mid-life concerns, career and family changes, and transition to college. I also work with clients experiencing cancer diagnosis and survivorship and grief and loss.
My goal is to provide a space for folks to feel accepted and to be held in nonjudgmental understanding.
