My heart is racing again, and I can not catch my breath. I am just sitting down at work. I went to the doctor, and he said I was okay. I have been several times; lately, I know they are tired of seeing me. I do not want to go again. Last time, the nurse gave me some paperwork about something, but I did not read it. Through therapy, we can change this, ease the pounding heart, and change the anxiety to the excitement for life and what is to come. Life really can be better.

I help women to make sense of the overwhelm & find relief from life's traumas. From the outside, you may look like you have your stuff together. But behind the mask you wear for others, you feel lost and filled with self-doubt. You don’t understand why you keep making the same bad decisions, ending up in the same crappy situations. Feeling crappy, dealing with trauma, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, chronic people-pleasing, worried all the time, dealing with a breakup? I can help.
Being human is often tough. Sometimes we lose our way and can feel stuck and overwhelmed. Sometimes we would like to change parts of our lives or ourselves but don’t know how. Therapy can be an empowering way to promote healing, growth, and wellness. Often, we initially seek treatment to address a specific concern and then begin to uncover other areas of our lives in which we want to make meaningful change. My goal is for this process to feel supportive, affirming, and appropriately challenging.
