Hi, I'm Ayesha! We all experience mental health challenges and as a result may seek some clarity. Experiencing symptoms such as low moods, triggering thoughts and body image distress may lead you to feel overwhelmed with anxiety, depression or even stress and fatigue. Unfortunately, many people suffer in silence and avoid working on their thinking patterns which can lead to more challenging emotions like guilt, shame and unworthiness that can reinforce dysfunctional beliefs & behaviors endlessly

To work through this, I offer evidence based therapeutic interventions that help in breaking the automatic negative thought patterns while gaining new perspectives about yourself and life experiences. I will help you unlearn unhealthy ways of thinking, identify and deal with your emotions, work through your life experiences and acquire healthy coping skills.
