I have a variety of experience helping clients address anxiety in their relationships, the workplace and life choices. I use direct communication, humor and solution focused therapies to get to the underlying issues. My clients are the experts on their life. I am here to partner with them by offering my clinical expertise and training to help inform them on what decisions they decide to make.
