For me, veganism is a conscious choice rooted in compassion for all living beings and the planet, while also being a path toward optimal health. Fitness is a key aspect of that journey—honoring the body’s capacity to move, strengthen, and rejuvenate. True wellness integrates mind, body, and spirit, and when we align our values with our actions, we create space for transformation, both within ourselves and in the world around us. Spirituality plays a central role as well, guiding me toward a deeper connection with myself, others, and the universe.
