About My Clients

Are you struggling with the lingering effects of trauma, feeling overwhelmed and isolated? I understand the deep pain and confusion you're experiencing. Trauma can be paralyzing, affecting every aspect of your life, but you don't have to face it alone. With a compassionate and personalized approach, we'll work together step by step to process and heal from your trauma. You deserve support, and I'm here to help you reclaim control and find peace. You don't have to face this journey alone.

My Background and Approach

Therapy can be a compassionate space for insight, personal development, and healing. Each one of us has our own unique history and growth process. My goal is to support your overall mental, emotional, and relational health. I work with a range of interconnected experiences including anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. I also specialize in: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD); trauma resulting in dissociation, disembodiment, panic, and fear; and helping couples identity and repair unhealthy relationship patterns and coping mechanisms related to these experiences. I offer a holistic and integrated approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and listening to your unique story. Together, we will create a personalized path toward your therapeutic goals. By focusing on your strengths and inner wisdom, we can navigate your healing journey, addressing experiences and fostering growth in a way that feels right for you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that the client-therapist alliance is the most important aspect of therapy. It is vital that you feel safe, seen, and supported. Our sessions together focus on your goals and needs, in an environment centered in compassion, non-judgment, and deep listening. Before becoming a therapist, I gained over 10 years of experience in providing non-clinical and pastoral counseling services. This included roles such as Director of Care Services and senior Care Team member for an international peer-support organization. Additionally, I served as the director of a teen leadership wilderness adventure program and worked as a Buddhist pastoral counselor and meditation teacher.
