About My Clients
My clients are looking for help solving life's challenges, healing from trauma and finding tools to help them move forward in reaching their goals. I provide compassionate care without judgement and provide tools to help you move forward. You can break old patterns and get out of those spaces where you feel stuck or confused.
My Background and Approach
I offer a personalized approach to each client's unique needs. I am Level 2 Complex Trauma Trained and this approach informs all of my therapy. I draw on techniques that are the best fit for each client such as mindfulness, CBT, and somatic approach to provide an environment in which clients can heal and grow. I consider each client's unique characteristics, strengths, values, and needs to create a unique treatment plan for each client. My approach is to come alongside my clients in a way that is free from shame and judgment while creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
