My Background and Approach
With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I have navigated diverse roles that enrich my ability to help others. Starting as a group facilitator, case manager, and mentor in Los Angeles, I supported individuals facing the complex overlap of mental health and substance use difficulties. My journey continued as a clinical social work intern at a long-term psychiatric hospital, gaining experience in individual and group therapy in a high-acuity environment. Currently, I am a counselor at The Relational Center, growing my clinical skills through advanced training in relational gestalt therapy. My personal journey to becoming a therapist has deepened my empathy and ability to be truly present for others. This work is deeply meaningful to me, as there is magic in seeing someone reconnect with themselves. It is a privilege to walk alongside people, witnessing their growth with each passing season.

My practice is multiculturally informed and affirming of all genders and sexualities. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, navigating transitions, and substance use.
