About My Clients
Kristen is passionate about helping others improve their mental health using a holistic approach, and currently sees patients via telehealth. When not at Heading Health, she enjoys traveling with my husband and experiencing new places and cultures. In her free time she loves spending time with family, taking road trips, riding bikes, and traveling the world.
My Background and Approach
Kristen accepts most insurance plans, and treats many mental health conditions including anxiety and bipolar disorder. For patients who struggle to find success through traditional treatment methods, Heading also offers specialized treatments such as Intramuscular Ketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Spravato in-clinic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Throughout her nursing career she has worked at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center on the thoracic and cardiovascular surgery unit, at Menninger Clinic on the Professionals in Crisis Unit, at Neuropsychiatric Center, Harris County Jail, and most recently at Harris County Psychiatric Center.
