My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe all of us have the capability to grow and change. I honor living a mindful life, being present and appreciating each moment . We have limited control in our lives and accepting this frees us in many ways. Relationships are a very important part of our sense of wellbeing, and learning how to find and maintain a healthy loving relationship is a key to overall happiness. Self care is very important and, personally, I enjoy yoga, meditation, baking, cooking, playing music and running. I am a father of four and happily married and look forward to learning about you and your interests, aptitudes and issues so you can be your best self.
