About My Clients

I know for a lot of people, starting therapy or looking for a therapist can feel confusing and overwhelming. I usually tell people one, simple piece of advice from one of my trusted mentors....choose someone you feel safe with. And I agree with him. Choose a therapist you get that "safe feeling" with. Trust your gut. I tend to work well with highly sensitive people, creatives, anxious attachers, and high achievers who struggle with perfectionism.

My Background and Approach

My therapy style is depth-oriented, warm, and intuitive. I find healing happens organically in a safe and supportive environment. Once this foundation is established, I like to draw on my education, knowledge, and experience to guide your Soul back to alignment, integrity, and joy. I am a big fan of mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner child work. If you are interested in learning more about the process or have any questions, please feel free to reach out and say hi! I would be happy to support you in any way I can.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is a sacred space to pause and reflect. It can help us ground, re-orient, and build an approach to life that is true and authentic to your Soul. My approach is collaborative, mindful, and engaging. I value problem-solving and drawing on your own unique expression of power.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
