About My Clients
Have you felt like you don't measure up? I work with people dealing with esteem issues, issues of depression and anxiety. I work with clients looking to change negative or unhealthy thought patterns into more positive ones, adjustment issues and seeking better relationships with themselves and others to obtain a better outlook on themselves and their lives as a whole. We promote this through self-awareness, mindfulness, and understanding healthy boundaries.
My Background and Approach
I can provide an empathetic ear to concerns regarding these issues. I have a belief in seeking first to understand; where the therapist-counselor relationship can be built and developed. Working with a number of modalities, and engaging you the client as a major part of your healing process, along with exercises to help you as the client reach your goal.

I am passionate about seeing people discover themselves and make the journey into healing. I believe that there is a level of greatness in everyone.
