About My Clients
My ideal clients suffer from anxiety, depression, maybe even abuses alcohol or drugs. I ask only one thing of you, are you ready to be totally honest with yourself? If you're prior service, we have to talk.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is simple but not easy, we are going to do some work. First, are you ready to be completely honest with yourself? If you can say “yes” to that question than you may be ready to get clean and sober. If you’re not quite ready to give up alcohol, we can also look at harm reduction in your drinking, there is a solution and there is hope.

Substances help us cope with the slings and arrows of life. Drinking is merely a symptom of something deeper with which you’re struggling. We need to get down to causes and conditions of your substance use. My name is Adam, I’m in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol and I would like to give you something that was given to me.
