About My Clients
If you are someone who is interested in healing your inner nina/nino, I would love to offer a safe space to guide you to reclaim that voice of your inner child. If you are open to start healing emotional wounds from childhood trauma, I can offer you a safe space through breathwork, art activities and somatic experiencing. In couples therapy, I offer a safe space to have healthy dialogue and do exercises to learn about love language as well as triggers from childhood experiences.
My Background and Approach
I have a vast experience working with individuals who inner child work through somatic work techniques. What that means is that we learn what the body is experiencing in the moment as you reflect on the childhood experiences and we provide soothing techniques to calm the nervous system. I love working with couples in the same regard, healing couples emotional wounds is beneficial for the family as a whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I belief in offering a safe space to clients without judgment and holding space for what ever goal they may have. I belief people are experts in themselves and I am there to offer a safe space for dialogue and guidance. I bring in lenses of decolonizing western view of therapy and healing. I enjoy working with BIPOC and creating a safe space to heal part of you that carry intergenerational trauma.
