About My Clients
If you are someone who is interested in healing your inner nina/nino, I would love to offer a safe space to guide you to reclaim that voice of your inner child. If you are open to start healing emotional wounds from childhood trauma, I can offer you a safe space through breathwork, art activities and the power to chose the pace of that process. In couples therapy, I offer a safe space to have healthy dialogue and do exercises to help each other learn about love language as well as triggers.
My Background and Approach
I have a vast experience working with inner child work through somatic work techniques. What that means is that we learn what the body is experiencing in the moment as you reflect on the childhood experiences and we provide soothing techniques to calm the nervous system. I love working with couples in the same regard, healing couples emotional wounds is beneficial for the family as a whole.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I belief in offering a safe space to clients without judgment and holding space for what ever goal they may have. I belief people are experts in themselves and I am there to offer a safe space for dialogue and guidance.
