My Background and Approach
I have tools that I can provide you that I have been working with for years. I use several different modalities since every person is different and I tailor therapy depending on the needs presented in the room. I address fight, flight and freeze responses and will help you understand your nervous system and the importance of the mind/body connection. I will help you understand how your anxiety , your depression, your dysregulation are signs your mind and body need a reset. I have tools to help the negative feelings, and sensations in your body to have relief through somatic therapy that reduces the symptoms. I help clients find their resiliency and feel more calm and less activated.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people deserve to feel better in their lives. At any stage of life, we can all pause and learn how to reset our thinking which affects our behavior and mood. I learned about my own self and way of coping and ways to improve how I felt through therapy. I believe in using compassion and kindness throughout the process of therapy.
