My Background and Approach
With a deep background in mindfulness, somatic practices, and Brainspotting, I integrate these powerful tools to support clients on their healing journey. My work is rooted in the belief that trauma is stored in both the mind and body, and to fully heal, we must address both. Through mindfulness, I guide clients in becoming present with their emotions, allowing them to gently trace the impact of their past. Somatic practices help clients reconnect with their bodies, promoting awareness and release of stored tension. Brainspotting enhances this process by identifying and processing deeply rooted trauma at a neurological level, unlocking emotions and memories often hidden from conscious awareness. In sessions, I create a safe, nurturing space for vulnerability and growth, supporting clients as they strengthen their self-trust and resilience.
