About My Clients

Feeling like life is a constant game of catch-up? Struggling to manage your time, focus, or handle sensory overwhelm? I get it—those moments when tasks pile up, distractions take over, and stress feels all-consuming. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. As an Occupational Therapist and Solution-Focused Coach, I help you identify strengths and create practical, effective strategies to tackle daily challenges. Together, we'll build simple, sustainable solutions so you can thrive!

My Background and Approach

With a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) and 6 years of experience, I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals to thrive in their daily lives. My career began with two years working with school-aged children with learning disabilities, helping them develop the skills and strategies they needed to succeed in and out of the classroom. For the past four years, I've focused on working with adults facing mental health and executive functioning challenges, guiding them to build routines, manage sensory sensitivities, and improve executive functioning. Trained in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I take a strengths-based approach, empowering clients to find practical, effective solutions tailored to their unique needs. My goal is to help you navigate life’s demands with confidence and ease. Most of my clients are diagnosed with autism and/or ADHD.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that neurodiversity provides a powerful framework for understanding and appreciating the unique experiences of individuals. Our goal is not to cure your ADHD, Autism, or any other neurodiversity, but to honor and work with it! You may feel exhausted, defeated, and as though you've tried everything already. Navigating a neurotypical world can create complex trauma, and it’s essential to acknowledge and validate that experience. My approach focuses on adapting the environment to meet the needs of each person, rather than forcing individuals to conform. Please tell me about your special interests and what you want more of in life and let me help you create that reality! I am passionate about helping clients think outside the box, validating their feelings, and empowering them to do things their own way. Together, we can create a supportive space where you can thrive and embrace your individuality.
