About My Clients

If you're a teen or young adult struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or the stress of everyday life, you're not alone. I work with teens and young adults on gaining the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. I’m here to listen and help you find ways to feel more balanced. Together, we’ll work at your pace to develop coping strategies and create positive changes that fit your life.

My Background and Approach

I am currently completing my master's in clinical mental health counseling at UNC Charlotte. I am constantly learning new techniques, expanding my current skillset, and gaining knowledge about additional ways to help my clients. In my therapeutic practice, I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). These approaches help clients develop greater emotional awareness, manage difficult emotions, and build healthier coping strategies. By integrating these approaches, I aim to provide a comprehensive, personalized approach that empowers clients to lead more fulfilling lives.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe every client deserves a care plan that is tailored to their specific needs, whatever they may be. My aim as a counselor is to empower individuals to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives, one therapy session at a time.
