My Background and Approach
Christina accepts most insurance plans, and treats many mental health conditions including depression, anxiety and stress. For patients who struggle to find success through traditional treatment methods, Heading also offers specialized treatments such as Intramuscular Ketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Spravato in-clinic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I wanted to become a therapist because, as a Nigerian American, mental health was never discussed in my home. This led me to wanting to help people who had similar cultural experiences as me, and offer them a space to express themselves in ways they may not have had the room to before. I particular enjoy working with young adults working through life transitions and first time therapy goers.
