About My Clients
You’re great at solving problems—except in relationships. Friendships feel harder as an adult, romantic connections fizzle, or sex and intimacy just feel out of reach. It’s frustrating and lonely. I’ll help you create the relationships you crave—with friends, partners, or yourself. Come alone or with your partner. In-person sessions allow us to work deeply and collaboratively at a faster pace. Let’s build the connections you deserve.
My Background and Approach
I'm a clinical psychologist inspired many styles of therapy. Most notably, by interpersonal and relational-based approaches and behaviorism that build from a multicultural lens. I work with clients to identify what in their life is not working, to explore what they actually feel, and to create an environment safe enough to discover what they need and determine how best to get there. To do this, I use curiosity, critical analysis, and embodiment. I bring specialized training in trauma and extensive experience working with interracial, intercultural, and non-traditional relationships. My approach integrates mindfulness practices and insights from yoga, using a bottom-up framework that begins with understanding the body’s physiological sensations and extends to how we make sense of the world with our mind. This holistic method helps clients reconnect with themselves and their relationships in profound, lasting ways.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe growth is a lifelong journey, and that includes being open to learning-and even being wrong. To best serve my clients, I stay current with the latest research and therapeutic approaches, continuously expand my knowledge through books, and regularly attend workshops and trainings to refine my skills and challenge my own growth. Your healing deserves nothing less.
