About My Clients

If you often feel lost or disconnected, navigating relationships can be overwhelming. You might struggle to set boundaries, finding yourself either clinging too tightly or pulling away. Deep down, you yearn for inner peace, self-acceptance, and stable relationships without constant worry. You’re seeking a life where you feel at home in your skin and connected to others. We’ll explore the root causes of your symptoms and develop strategies for wholeness and wellbeing.

My Background and Approach

I use a personalized approach with mind-body techniques to help you recognize and manage your body's signals. We’ll start from within, using your internal bodily experiences as the foundation for healing. This “inside-out” approach helps strengthen the connection between your mind and body, fostering self-regulation and internal awareness. As a social justice somatic psychotherapist, I offer an integrative approach that includes parts work, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, somatic psychology, yoga, and art therapy while holding how our bodies move through our current political, social, and cultural contexts. As a couples therapist, I apply emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to address relationship challenges, guiding you toward healthier connections. EFT helps people recognize and transform negative interaction patterns that contribute to distress.
