Jess’s approach is based on your unique needs and often pulls from mindfulness, Feminist theory, and Jungian therapy to access your most authentic self and well-being. She is also an RYT-500 and Restorative Yoga Teacher, specializing in mindful meditation. Jess is working under the supervision of Kaitlyn Farrell.
