Are you looking for a partner to work with you and help guide you through your healing process? My Background and Approach
I follow a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy. When working with someone, I determine which coping skill or theory best fits their needs based on the goals they determined. Each individual is different, and my treatment approaches will reflect that, and will be uniquely shaped for each client.
