About My Clients
It’s such an intense and overwhelming time. We are all grieving. Before the coronavirus maybe you had some anxiety or a history of trauma but overall you were functioning and feeling OK without ongoing therapy. Now with the pandemic your nervous system is on overload and everything feels overwhelming, exhausting, scary. The existential pain you’ve struggled with is back and real and being felt by you and people all over the world.
My Background and Approach
It's possible to be grounded in extremely difficult times. You can heal from your painful experiences, develop self-compassion and connect with your innate strength and goodness. Using gentle, accelerated tools proven to treat trauma such as EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness and attachment repair, you can integrate mind, heart, body and feel good.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I really love my work. I’ve been a therapist for over 30 years and I’m so grateful to have work that lets me focus on what I consider to be most important. And what could be better than sitting with good people and being connected and engaged in the deep exploration of our true self, happiness, love, how to have a good life and be a quality human being?
