My ideal client is someone who is open, engaged in sessions and ready to work through whatever is on their mind. My client is dedicated to their growth and wellbeing.
My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I aim to create the same space that I would want for myself. I want to offer a safe, calming space to connect and openly work to untangle the emotions and thoughts that sometimes plague us. I want to provide a safe space where anyone can come as they are. I highly emphasize collaboration and therapeutic rapport with each client. Before the initial session, I hold a brief phone consultation to review the specific needs and therapy expectations. This way, I can answer any questions and learn a little bit more about each person prior to scheduling the first session. Once we decide to move forward, the initial session consists of establishing the therapeutic goals and working through those goals together. I utilize an eclectic, multidimensional, and evidence-based therapeutic approach. Each session is tailored specifically to your own unique needs.
