About My Clients
I believe that addiction, alcoholism, depression, the things that push against your joy, calm, serenity, and sense of security, are powerful and baffling. Still, something unique inside of you is ready to push back against it all. The fear, anxiety, depression, and trauma that press against your head and chest are real, but they should not define you. My role is to help you find the resources within to overcome the challenges and suffering that life may bring. My beliefs are in the body-
My Background and Approach
I want to teach tools you can fly free with on your own. I never want a client to feel dependent on me as a therapist but as their autonomous being using their new tools to help them through their struggles. I use tools from energy psychology such as the Emotional Freedom Technique, Be Set Free, Fast, and trauma processing modalities like brainspotting. I want to help you address the core issues that push back your ability to self-actualize.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we as humans are always seeking and searching to meet ourselves. Sometimes trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression make us lose sight of who we are, which can be crippling, keeping us stuck in it all paralyzed with nowhere to go. I feel we have the answers within us and in our work together we will discover those parts of you that have been missing.
