I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, couples, and families of diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, religions, and gender spectrums. I love the work I do and find it fulfilling, meaningful and beautiful. I feel grateful for the people that trust in me and allow me into their lives. I seek to establish a trusting, accepting, and collaborative relationship with my clients to support them in navigating life's many challenges.
I am here to be a guide on this transformational journey to your big beautiful life. Do you have anxiety about 'getting it all done' or being perfect? Do you have depression feeling like no matter what you do, you are not good enough? On the outside, you look strong, competent, & like you have it all together. On the inside, you feel on the brink of falling apart. Let me help you flourish & embody your life.
My areas of expertise are working with teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, life transitions, depression, imposter syndrome, relationship challenges, body image struggles, and performance/life balance. By discovering areas of improvement and strengthening your ability to manage your stressors, I hope to help you feel more empowered and engaged in your life.
Feeling stuck? Struggling to identify goals? Feeling as if your body image and relationship to food has become overwhelming? Whether you are having a hard time answering these questions or the answers are ingrained in you, I am here to support you! Authenticity and empowerment are the focus of my therapeutic style. Together, let's take a look at what is and is not serving you in life right now. I work through story, tools and feedback to help clients realign with their true self.
I pride myself in providing affirmative care to all my clients, but there is a special place in my heart for working with folks in the LGBTQ community! Issues that I love helping clients work through are often related to stress management, life transitions, identity development, anxiety/panic, depression, and relationship issues.

My clients are remarkable individuals that usually struggle with anxiety, depression, cultural / societal pressures, identifying emotions, and seeking to find their own individual peace & purpose. Therapy can increase the support in my clients life and can be a space that is all their own. Where they can explore their own thoughts and frustrations freely. I work from a nonconformist cultural informed lens, and kink, polyamory, LGBTQ+ inclusive.
Many of my clients find my practice after years of struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, having a harsh inner critic, or addictions. Unresolved trauma is often the underlying problem, when as children we learned to distance ourselves from our innate higher Self in an effort to “fit in.” I guide clients in listening to their own inner voices, reconnecting to their soul-longings and restoring a more authentically connected existence to the world around them. LGBTQI+ affirming practice.
I work with men and LGBTQ individuals dealing with difficulties in decision making, stress and anxiety. In therapy, we will work on silencing the negative messages that are cluttering your mind, by uncovering the blocks behind difficult emotions. Our work will help you discover the peace you've been hoping for and empower you to exert the changes you desire with confidence.
Feeling stuck and struggling to move forward from a relationship, job, or the death of a loved one? Finding it difficult to find or (re)discover yourself, or are challenged by fully embracing your sexuality and identity? You are not alone. I aim to help individuals develop space to examine and address their current difficulties through self-compassion and awareness to move forward with new perspectives and tools that more closely align with their values and goals.
I have the pleasure of seeing all kinds of people in my practice. I see men, women, adolescents and couples. People who are seeking change or who are experiencing transition often come to me to process these unique circumstances. I see folks who have experienced racialized trauma, microaggressions, bias, and racism. I see professionals who need support in supporting others in their high profile positions. I see parents and those who are on a fertility journey. I also support those in recovery.

People who like to work with me are ready for change and are seeking a more fulfilling life. You may not know what exactly needs to shift, but your circumstances are a call to deeper exploration...to deconstruct the ways of being that haven't been working for you and begin living life on your own terms. I tend to work with deep thinkers, spiritual types, black sheep, trauma survivors, and highly-sensitive people.
Many of my clients come to me frustrated with their relationships, their career, or patterns they feel stuck in, and are feeling pretty powerless. The source of their pain is often contributed to being mistreated, not feeling fully seen, heard, and acknowledged by family, peers, society, and culture. My clients have a desire for personal growth, to find connection, and to build confidence.
My clientele seeks support for life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relational conflict. They desire to gain a deeper understanding of their psychology, develop a more intimate relationship to feelings that have become difficult to manage and to make meaning of their role in their work environment, family system, or personal & intimate relationships.
Are you tired of anxiety and worry running your life? Is your to do list piling up and you just can't find the energy to get things done? Have you become your own biggest critic? I want to work with you to take back your life and become your most authentic self. I work with a full range of clients (children, adults, couples, families) and specialize in depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I tend to work with folks who are curious about themselves, others, and the human condition in general. My clients often come to therapy recognizing that they have endured relational and/or societal trauma and knowing how it impacts them. However, they feel unsure of how to reckon with, heal, and integrate their traumatic experiences. My clients are ready to live more expansively, have more balanced relationships, and feel more grounded in their daily life but need support to get there.

Welcome! If you're here, you are probably struggling with the impact of trauma. Left untreated, trauma remains in your body and can lead to chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and feelings of shame and worthlessness. I use EMDR and other approaches to help you leave trauma in the past. I am especially passionate about working with PTSD and complex PTSD, neurodivergent teens and adults, first responders, sexual trauma survivors, Single Mothers By Choice (SMBC) , and infertility-related stress.
I work with couples and individuals from a LGBTQ+-affirming, poly-affirming, kink-affirming, sex-positive framework to help dispel shame around sex and relationships outside of hetero/cis/mononormative cultural standards. I work with folks exploring their identity, struggling through grief & loss, and dealing with issues around self-esteem, social anxiety and trauma.
