My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychotherapist based in Los Angeles, CA, currently seeing clients virtually throughout the state of CA. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma in adults and children. My goal is to support clients in building here and now tools to reduce symptoms while exploring patterns from the past to create meaningful change. It is an honor to be able to witness my clients as they move into a joyful, empowered, and peaceful future. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, straightforward, and authentic. I have advanced training in evidenced based practices, including Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
