I believe the desire to heal is inside all of us; sometimes we just need help to get there. I am deeply inspired by the sacredness of helping people change and recover. I particularly love to work with survivors of all kinds in processing unresolved trauma; those who wish to build a life in recovery; & folks who are exploring sexuality and gender identities. My goal is to collaborate with my clients to create a compassionate, non-judgmental & "real" space to make personal evolution possible.
They seem to creep day 4 since your last therapy session. You grit your teeth and grip through the TIPP skills until you can make it to group again. They get you: the members, the clinicians. It’s a struggle bus you actually enjoy. But you can’t stay there forever.

As a multicultural woman, I not only have personal experience with historical trauma, intergenerational trauma, and women's issues, but I also specialize in grief and loss, sexual assault/violence, suicidality, relationship issues, transitional difficulties, depression, anxiety, identity formation, and more. With experience serving ages 12-adult, I aim to create a safe space to explore an array of different obstacles within the human experience to leave my clients feeling empowered and heard.
I am strongly connected with non-traditional individuals and relationships, and work to cultivate a safe place for all people, most frequently working with clients in queer, ethically non-monogamous, & kink communities. I have specialized training and experience working with families in transition, particularly prenatal and postpartum periods. My clients are typically navigating life transitions, such as relationship beginning/end, moves, college/career change, and any explorations of identity.
I approach therapy with warmth and honest reflection to create a non-judgmental space for self exploration. I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing emotional struggles, low self esteem, transitional issues and attachment injuries.
What if I can't handle Polyamory or Non-Monogamy? Am I Queer enough? Where do I even begin to explore my Kinks or Power-Exchange dynamics? Am I really Addicted?... I offer a safe and supportive space for my clients to address these questions, as well as explore other concerns regarding their identity, relationships, needs, and coping skills. The overarching goal of our work will be to help you live more authentically, honestly, and with greater confidence.
I provide therapy to Queer and Neurodivergent people by focusing on making ease of change through reflection, intention, and learning to feel. People who seek out the my help generally have not had the space or guidance to explore the complexity of thier identity, which often leads to feelings of worry and confusion. I help people reconnect to their unique inner landscape through exploration of the mind & body connection.

It’s human nature to avoid activities, feelings, and experiences that signal we’re in danger. We instinctively seek safety, but how we seek it—the coping strategies we use—can disconnect us from ourselves, others, and life. Many of my clients have experienced abuse, neglect, violence, and loss. I am committed to helping them heal from the past, grow in the present, and design a future in which they’ll thrive.
You keep replaying conversations from a week ago over in your head, questioning yourself. You're overwhelmed, anxious, noticing weight changes or losing sleep - maybe all of it. You feel resentful or unfulfilled even though your life looks good on paper, which makes you feel worse. You're tired of feeling this way and you've wondered if therapy can help (it can!) I help people-pleasers ditch anxiety, say no without feeling guilty, overcome burnout and build satisfying relationships.
I believe it is important to be aware of the varying identities that make up an individual and how it shapes their experiences. I welcome and celebrate my clients of all identities. I enjoy working with people who want to work on anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses, caregivers of aging adults, and people grieving losses.

The harder you try to make those painful thoughts go away, the more power they seem to have and the more you believe them. You stuff down your emotions and feel disconnected from others and ultimately yourself. I am here to guide and support you as explore those emotions and connect back to yourself with compassion.
