I work predominantly with women and LGBTQIA+ people (and couples) working through relational issues & trauma and who are wanting to explore the origins of their distress. I also work with children and adolescents, incorporating interventions from play and art therapy. With my clients, I enjoy weaving through moments of healing insight and moments of intentional growth while honoring our changing needs and overall goals.
