It's in these moments of struggle and stagnation that I step in, guiding and supporting individuals toward unlocking their full potential and leading a more fulfilling life.

In our lives we face circumstances that can lead us to cope in whatever ways we can. However, sometimes those coping methods lead us into shame and disconnection. I lend a compassionate ear to my clients struggling with addiction, life transitions, relationship issues, intimacy, and more. I strive to lend empathetic and compassionate support to my clients, in order to help them grow deeper in their self-compassion.
My clients tend to have a cluster b or cluster c personality disorders, are neurodivergent, like a therapist who is explicitly authentic, uses trauma informed interventions and self/disclosure fairly openly. They tend to prefer someone who is not trying to correct their thinking, help them think positively, or simply go “mmhmm yea” and tend to prefer someone who is more dynamic. My clients also enjoy the psycho educational aspects and integrative (reiki/somatic/yoga) aspects of the process
Feeling trapped in a cycle where each day blurs into the next, and the future seems as bleak as the past? Even with the support of loved ones, you might still find yourself feeling unseen and alone. In these moments, days lose their meaning, frustration mounts, and the thought of pushing away those you care about becomes all too common. When the idea of "If I can't bear to see my pain, who else would want to?" creeps in, it might be time to reach out. I am ready to join you, when you are ready.
Do you feel stuck? Do you feel overwhelmed? Would you like to make lasting positive changes in your life? Do you need to learn strategies that you can utilize to make these changes? Together we can work to meet your individual goals. I am a compassionate, down-to-earth, and empathetic therapist who operates from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective.

I work with clients who are feeling lost and stuck in situations that aren't serving them. I often see clients who are plagued by limiting beliefs that keep them feeling like they aren't enough. Or, they might be feeling frustrated by self-harming behaviors that they just can't stop. I specialize in clients who are nervous about going to therapy and feel worried that they won't know what to say or that they will "do it wrong." Don't worry - you can't do it wrong!
My clients struggle with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed by emotions. Despite being successful, hardworking, and doing everything they thought would lead to a good life, there is something missing. They feel burnt out at work, spend way too much time worrying about small interactions with others, and feel they are failing their loved ones. They are ready to better understand what's happening and learn how to do things differently.

I enjoy working with adults, college students, and teens who are navigating life's complexities. My interest areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, managing stress and so much more! I'm particularly attuned to the unique challenges faced by young adults in academic environments. I believe in a compassionate, strengths-based approach, and I'm eager to connect with clients who seek understanding, empathy, and tailored strategies for personal growth and resilience.
I work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues and create a personalized approach tailored to each individual client. In addition to my regular rates, I offer sliding scale pricing to include most people who are uninsured or unable to afford high-cost therapy. Mental health and wellness should be accessible to everyone.
I enjoy working with adults (18+) and LGBTQ+ community. Although therapy can be challenging, I am here to work alongside you as an equal partner and team member; whether this is your first-time in therapy or you’re in a place in which a little help and support is needed. Together, we will work towards discovering the strengths to face life’s challenges.
I have noticed that often times creative, sensitive, intelligent people will have very unique problems in this world. They will carry around more anxiety from overthinking. They can become easily distracted and bored when they are not stimulated. And sometimes, intense emotional reactions can cycle into feelings of depression that can be difficult to navigate. I use creative interventions and positive coping strategies to help individuals find ways to be the best version of themselves.
I work with a wide variety of clients from individuals identifying as LGBTQIA, poly, & kink to cisgender heterosexual individuals. My clients tend to struggle with issues of identity, depression, bipolar disorder, gender dysphoria, anxiety, panic, trauma histories, ADHD, family of origin issues, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, stress management/self care, & interpersonal effectiveness. Clients also tend to seek me out for letters of support for gender confirmation surgery.

I help clients navigate various challenges including relationships, career, and changes in their health status due to aging, illness or injury. I also coach clients seeking enhanced motivation to tackle behavioral changes related to work and health. I trained as a psychotherapist after a long career as a lawyer and enjoy helping clients focus on pragmatic goals as well as the philosophical challenges that life presents.
My clients are creative, introspective individuals and couples looking for insight and change. They know that vulnerability pays off and they are willing to try to "go there" with me. They bring a lot to the table; I always feel honored to hear their stories and be a part of their lives. Therapy sucks because you're no longer avoiding your pain - you're sitting with it and saying "I see you, I hear you, I'm going to try to help you", and I want to support you through this process.
Everyone’s pathway through life is uniquely their own, and I believe you are the expert on your own life. I believe your personal worldview and lived reality are absolutely integral to the therapeutic process. I work with couples and individuals both in-person and via telehealth. I embrace inclusivity of gender expression, sexual orientation, and alternative lifestyles, and am both sex positive and body affirming in my beliefs and approach.
