I specialize working with males who struggle with depression, imposter syndrome & grief. As the son of Salvadorean immigrant parents, I’ve seen how stigma keeps men from seeking therapy. As a male therapist whose also been in therapy, I also know what its like to deal with stigma. Thats why I normalize the therapy process by promoting a 2 way conversation in-session. Therapy isn't a lecture, or me just listening. Therapy is a collaborative effort where we can explore the path forward together.
