I enjoy working with individuals experiencing challenges including eating disorders, survivors of interpersonal violence and other trauma, ADHD, and other mood and anxiety disorders. I've worked in a variety of settings and I love to get creative to figure out how to solve problems together with my clients. I love working with individuals who are motivated but maybe a bit hesitant or lost on where to start, and who enjoy humor and a conversational approach to therapy.

My heart is racing again, and I can not catch my breath. I am just sitting down at work. I went to the doctor, and he said I was okay. I have been several times; lately, I know they are tired of seeing me. I do not want to go again. Last time, the nurse gave me some paperwork about something, but I did not read it.
