My specialties include: Bipolar disorder, Depression, Mood disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive(OCD), Trauma and PTSD, Borderline personality disorder, Schizoid Personality Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Women's Issues and Infertility, Narcissistic abuse, and Attachment issues.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, and therapeutic breathwork. I approach personality disorders from a psychodynamic and attachment-based perspective. I earned my B.A. in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and after a career as a business executive, returned to school in 2020, earning a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling from Tarleton State University. I am an alumna of the national women’s leadership academy and Leadership America. I was selected to serve as a patient advocate by the National Health Center for Resources in Washington, D.C.
