About My Clients
I typically work with people who are experiencing anxiety, depression or have unresolved traumas that are impacting their relationships, self care or capacity to enjoy life.
My Background and Approach
I help my clients come to a better understanding of their nervous systems, emotions and thinking patterns that then allow them to create their best life. I hope to help my clients live their lives to its fullest be it at work, in relationships or self care, I enjoy supporting my clients in becoming radically self reliant, self compassionate and joyful in their daily lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal and that healing often does not come in a straight forward way. I believe we are all doing the best we can and sometimes we need help to do a little better so we can create a life worth living and give back to our communities.
