My Background and Approach
Arlene provides therapy relating to many conditions and circumstances including depression, anxiety, and OCD. For patients who struggle to find success through traditional treatment methods, Heading also offers specialized treatments such as Intramuscular Ketamine, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Spravato in-clinic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Arlene has experience working in outpatient and community-based settings using eclectic modalities to include Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
