My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), I specialize in helping people overcome anxiety and stress. I'll work closely with you to find the sources of your stress and anxiety. In our work together, I will help you figure out what is making you feel depressed, anxious or stressed, focus on solutions rather than problems, look at the positives in your life and set goals and boundaries that make sense to you. Additionally, I offer services in both English & Spanish and bring a multicultural perspective to my work with clients. With my help my clients have been able to set goals, trust themselves, set boundaries, control their emotions and regain a sense of calm in their lives. You can do the same.
