I serve clients aged 13 and older. I also service couples, families and individuals .
My Background and Approach
I strive to create manageable goals for each client so they aren’t overwhelmed. We will work step by step to approach goals in a way that the client is comfortable with. I like to use tools to help create healthy habits that clients can use outside the office in their every day life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that anyone needing therapy deserves to have access to it. I strive to help each client to the best of my abilities. I have personally been through therapy so I know how overwhelming and anxiety causing sessions can be. That is why I try to create a calm and relaxing environment.
