About My Clients
I work with women of the Black and Latinx population who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and those having difficulty managing life transitions. I work with women who need assistance with creating a work life balance, women who are managing unhealthy relationships, women with self-esteem issues, and women who need guidance with addressing life stressors. As a Black women and South Central native, it is my passion to transform lives, promote mental health awareness to people like me.
My Background and Approach
The core of my practice is grounded on using compassion and Evidence Based Practices to help you make the steps towards change, transformation, and healing. I have worked in the community mental health sector since 2012. I currently work for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health where I work with adults with various mental health disorders
