My main focus is to help you improve the connection between the parent and child in order to build the kind of relationship that effectively helps the child develop and mature along their own unique path to feeling good about who they are and being capable of having healthy, meaningful relationships. The caregiver-child relationship is the main environment within which the child grows, so attending to the nature and quality of that environment is essential.

My clients describe an affair as a shockingly loud wake-up call. Although painful, they ultimately realize that it has the potential to lead to healing in their lives. My role in your recovery is to provide a safe structured process to help you move forward, rebuild trust and reinvent your relationship.

I help neurodiverse couples stop blaming each other and discover new ways to heal and find connection. This requires a deep understanding and appreciation of Asperger's and a specialized approach when engaging with the couple. Working with neurodiverse couples is a meaningful part of my practice that I truly enjoy because the change can be so powerful.

My #1 sub-specialty is helping NEURODIVERSE COUPLES learn how to stop blaming each other and, instead, see your differences through a new lens, and discover concrete ways to consistently connect with each other which seemed impossible before therapy.
