About My Clients
I work with clients who are struggling with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, motivation, focus, PANS/PANDAS, etc. In addition to therapy, I provide Neurofeedback to individuals, couples and families. If you are on the island of Kauai I can see you in office. I also offer simple and convenient Neurofeedback equipment rentals so you (and your family) can train your brains from the comfort of your own home!
My Background and Approach
I earned my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego and have been afforded opportunities to work with individuals, children, and families. I began offering NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback quickly after getting into private practice because of my personal experience with increased resilience and flexibility. When not working, I am busy raising my 3 children with my husband. I love living on and exploring this amazing island. In my free time I enjoy hiking, swimming and reading.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Often, therapists have a “why” for their work— a reason or experience that kicked it all off for them. My “why” is my family. We’ve dealt with chronic illnesses and know all too well the toll it can take. In our journey toward healing we found NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and our lives have never been the same. It has helped my family in countless ways and my goal is to train as many willing brains as possible! I truly believe healing must happen from a spiritual, psychological and medical perspective. My “why” has grown from my family to yours, and I can’t wait to partner with you in your healing journey.
