About My Clients
I offer individual, couples/family, and group therapy. I have been in the mental health field for 10 years and specialize in treating adults. My specialties include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Childhood Trauma, EMDR, Interpersonal difficulties, Stress, Sex Therapy, LGBTQIA+, and Sexual Trauma.
My Background and Approach
Using a combination of therapeutic approaches, I tailor your treatment to your individual needs and will walk through your journey with you instead of calling the shots. I am here to help you work towards getting to know your most authentic self. I enjoy helping individuals and couples grow insight and understanding into their mental health and the experience of being alive. I am also the spouse of a Deaf individual, fluent in American Sign Language and have been acquainted with Deaf culture for 10 years. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University and did my undergraduate studies at the University of Washington.
