My Background and Approach
In therapy, I create a safe space to share your concerns and work through issues. I will help you identify your patterns that aren’t helpful and create new ones that will support you in your life’s journey. I want to assist you in finding happiness and joy. Life can be challenging but there is support available.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a wide range of life experience which includes travel and living abroad. Being a foreigner in a country is filled with challenges and can affect our mental health. We can feel helpless and isolated with a slim support system. Like so many transplants to New York City, I have been pursuing a creative passion. It can be challenging to balance all the demands of life. I have also been practicing mindfulness meditation in the Buddhist tradition for the past 15 years. Mindfulness can help us see ourselves and the world clearer and allow us to enjoy the present moment.
