About My Clients
I have worked with a variety of populations throughout my education, and professional life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, as well as expressive therapies are used regularly in my office. I am an advocate for, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I hope to help everyone feel comfortable in their own skin.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Bachelors Degrees, in Psychology, and Substance Abuse Studies, from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2014. I then completed my Masters of Counseling in 2017 from Arizona State University. I have completed trainings in the use of Sandtray, and in 2023 I completed a training geared toward using table top role playing games as a method to work through life struggles. Research shows that the relationship you build with your therapist that has the greatest effect on whether you will reach your therapeutic goals. It is through that connection that we will build a Foundation 4 Growth within you. My aim is to help you move toward the life you want to live.
