I am not afraid of the dark. I have found throughout my career most people fear the dark. Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, money, relationships I understand you are afraid, I am not. I believe in curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Learn the skills and tools needed to elevate your life. I specialize in trauma, grief, dissociate identity disorder, disordered eating, anxiety, empaths, and spirituality. Therapy with a twist: shamanism, tarot, energy work and astrology included.

My role as a therapist is to witness your story, to hear and see you exactly where you are. I met you with empathy, unconditional acceptance, and positive regard. I am also here to guide you to heal those places that need tending and nurturing. I provide you with the skills and tools to use in daily life and in your relationships. I am here to support your growth and journey. I blend modern psychology with ancient wisdom, combining psychotherapy with Reiki and shamanic healing techniques to support your soul’s journey. We work to free the roots that have held you in place and kept you from living your best life. Furthermore, we explore your shadow, dreams, and your multiple aspects for maximum healing and wellbeing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have been in the human services field my entire career. I have worked as a case manager with children, families, and volunteers. I have worked as a suicide prevention counselor, as well as, in a crisis stabilization unit. I have worked with people struggling with mental illness and wellbeing. I have worked with adults with developmental disabilities. I am an advocate for human rights, animal rights and the preservation of nature. I believe everyone deserves acceptance and unconditional love.
