About My Clients
Do you guess at what is "normal" instead of just doing you? Do you numb yourself? Do you feel confused in an age of loud certainty? You are not alone. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can talk about anything, create anything, in any way. You will be heard. You can grow your bond to your true self, your authenticity, your voice.
My Background and Approach
I have a master's degree from NYU in Music Therapy and years of post graduate psychotherapy training. I use a mix of talk therapy and music therapy so that the mind and the body can both be there for the change. I also focus on habits and motivation where needed so that your outer life can change at pace with your inner life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in therapy for everyone. I have been bringing therapy into spaces where there was none (officially) for years and pride myself on doing so with sensitivity, humility, optimism and joy.
