About My Clients

I offer professional therapy and services that allows the client to feel supported, work on issues that are stressful and provide a comfortable place in order to start the therapy process.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in a wide range of issues including depression/anxiety, self-esteem, coping with life transitions and relationships concerns/marital challenges. I work with adolescents (16+), individuals, and couples to help them address their struggles and stressors and gain the tools needed to move forward. I also have experience working with military personnel/spouses. I provide a warm direct approach in helping you be your true authentic self. I am passionate about assisting clients that I serve in identifying their needs, and offer a personalized approach that allows clients to feel a sense of support. I look forward to welcoming you into a safe space and walking you through the therapy process, that can help you achieve your goals - no matter how small.
