About My Clients
I provide therapy to individual teens and adults seeking support with anxiety, trauma recovery, and adjustment concerns. I am also passionate about providing care to new (and seasoned) parents to help navigate the intersection of personal challenges and the role of parenting. Whatever brings my clients to therapy, I join with them to address their concerns with curiosity and compassion.
My Background and Approach
I offer services to clients 10+ focused on self-reflection/awareness, practical skill building, and deepening into our somatic resources for holistic wellbeing. I aspire to provide care that is inclusive, affirming and non-pathologizing. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including a wide range of identities and backgrounds. Every person I've had the honor of working with brings their own unique and valuable strengths and insights, which I help them harness as tools to support their healing. My clients are invited to show up to therapy as their whole selves. Tears, laughter and everything in between are welcomed in our sessions.
