As an experienced anxiety and life transitions therapist, I believe that as a Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist, I can help you use the wisdom of your body and create new experiences in your healing process. You don’t have to continue feeling stressed and worried and you don’t have to do it alone.

Clients come to me looking for a therapist who empowers them to understand themselves on a deeper level, grow in self-compassion, and make positive changes in their life. Together, we increase your self esteem and expand on your coping skills. I’ll show up as a real person, challenge you when you need it, and be genuinely invested in you and your journey.
